Job Description

• 5-7 years of successful enterprise-level software sales experience. ITSM sales experience a definite plus.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework a plus.
• Familiarity with the SaaS value proposition.
• Able to consistently qualify, manage and close opportunities. 
• Articulates a vision that resonates and demonstrates value to the customer.
• Applies a thorough understanding of business practice, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. 
• Incorporates knowledge of our products and services, the customer, and key competitors into the sales process and uses that knowledge to uncover customer needs and create value based solutions.
• Works effectively as an individual while also facilitating the sales opportunity by providing team-on-team leadership and orchestrating the resources needed to effectively manage the sales process.
• Establishes strong on-going customer relationships.
• A strong rolodex of verifiable IT customers in your region that you have closed will win you this job.
