Wootton Bassett, UK – Cherwell Software today announces that three modules within its Cherwell Service Management™ solution now enjoy endorsement from the Official ITIL® Accreditor (part of The APM Group Limited) that administers the Official ITIL Software Scheme on behalf of the Cabinet Office. The Cabinet Office owns the Intellectual Property relating to ITIL. The three Cherwell modules are: Service Catalogue Management, Change Management and Request Fulfilment.
