Matt Neigh Appointed to HDI Customer Technical Support Advisory Board

September 11, 2011 - Colorado Springs, Colo.

Cherwell Software, one of the fastest growing IT service management software providers, today announces Matt Neigh, Technology Evangelist, has been appointed to the HDI Customer Technical Advisory Council, effective immediately.

 

HDI Customer Technical Advisory Council is compromised of fifteen industry professionals, including executives and support directors from software development companies and support firms. This council was assembled for the purpose of assisting this specific community in the technical support profession. With over 120 years of combined experience, HDI intends for the council to combine their knowledge and understanding to develop additional resources for the benefit of the technical support industry.
