Munich, June 23rd 2020 - Cherwell Software, a leading provider of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions and MAXXYS AG are joining forces to offer their customers more know-how, service and flexibility. As an official Reseller and Service Partner, MAXXYS sells Cherwell's solutions and offers joint customers appropriate consulting services as well as individual workshops and product training. In addition, Cherwell has appointed LeanIT Ltd. as an Elite Partner.

MAXXYS AG stands for more than 15 years of experience and competence in the field of IT software system integration. The portfolio of the company from Butzbach in Hesse (Germany) includes IT service management, endpoint management, infrastructure management, license management, security and support. Its customers include medium-sized and larger companies from industry and trade, as well as banks, insurance companies and public administrations. MAXXYS offers them suitable solutions from leading manufacturers - now also from Cherwell.
The partnership between Cherwell and MAXXYS is based on the desire to provide companies with the best possible support in digital transformation - especially in the intelligent automation of processes and the improvement of the user experience for employees and customers. Currently, this also includes the efficient management of employees in the home office. The use of a service desk, for example, relieves the IT department and reduces service and support costs.
With Cherwell's No-Code platform, MAXXYS now has a powerful solution for all service-relevant IT processes in companies in its portfolio. The cooperation with LeanIT, which has numerous customers in Greece and other countries in Southern Europe, is an important part of Cherwell's sales expansion strategy in this region.
