Craig Harper is a veteran of the IT service management industry with nearly 20 years of industry-specific experience. From 1995 to 2008, Craig worked for BMC Software in various sales management positions culminating in vice president of worldwide product sales, solutions, and consulting—a $1.2B business. Craig was instrumental in the creation and execution of the business service management strategy leveraging the acquisition of Remedy as the core technology of this IT management approach. Following BMC, he served as the vice president of sales and services at ServiceNow from 2009 to 2012 leading the company's sales efforts from start up to IPO. Most recently Craig served as the vice president of worldwide sales and services at ServiceMesh, provider of Agility cloud platform that was acquired by CSC. Craig holds a B.S. in business from Brigham Young University.
