I love my job! Last week was national Customer Service Week. To celebrate, we sent some fun gifts to our customers and ambushed a local client, Ent Federal Credit Union, with a free lunch from Famous Dave’s BBQ and balloons — a visit that gave me a lot of insight about the way they’re using Cherwell Service Management. For example, they use it to track their time, both forecasted and actual, and can set more realistic project timelines based on this intelligence. Wow!
