Cherwell Service Management 4.3a Release

While the bears may be hibernating in Colorado, our develop team has not. They’ve been actively coding Cherwell Service Management 4.3a. The release includes more than 60 fixes and improvements and is now available. As usual, many of the enhancements in this release were recommended by customers, who we thank for playing an active role in making Cherwell Service Management® a product that will stand the test of time.

So, what’s new in the 4.3a?

  • Performance has been improved in high-latency environments.
  • A problem with Business Processes that could cause actions to be inappropriately executed has been addressed.
  • A large number of fixes and improvements have been made to the Portal and Browser Clients.
  • Several fixes, and some new capabilities, have been added to LDAP support.

Cherwell Service Management 4.30 was released in December 2012. It included significant enhancements to security, including support of SAML v2.0, as well as enhancements to grids, portal and browser clients, CSM managers, the form editor, searching, iCherwell, dashboards, and more.
