I am very excited to announce the launch of the industry’s very first Software Audit Forum, an online community designed to bring together IT professionals interested in seeking advice, exchanging knowledge, and sharing lessons learned about software vendor audits and license compliance.
The Software Audit Forum invites questions, answers, and discussions on a variety of topics including software vendor audits, industry trade group audits, software licensing, legal matters, staying compliant, survival stories, and more. Registered users may subscribe to daily or weekly activity digests for discussions and topics of particular interest.
Perhaps the best thing about the Software Audit Forum is that you may start discussions, ask questions, and post comments completely anonymously. We recognize that software audits and license compliance are delicate matters, and unlike LinkedIn and many other IT forums, you do not need to provide any personal or professional information in order to participate.
As an asset management professional, you likely have a great deal of expertise to share and/or pressing questions related to software audits and license compliance. We hope you will explore all that the Software Audit Forum has to offer, and help contribute to its success!
