What is the registration fee?
Cherwell's regional event series is free of charge for Cherwell customers. These events are designed to offer regional content tailored to the unique interests, opportunities and challenges in your part of the world. They are an opportunity for our community to understand how global trends and industry updates apply to local context. The Cherwell Partner delegate rates are as follows: £249 (early bird) and £269 (standard rate). There is no cost for Partners who only wish to attend the EMEA Partner Summit meeting on Day 2, 10 March 2020.
What is included in the registration?
Registration includes one or two full days of conference sessions and in-depth learning, access to conference partners in the exhibitor lounge, demos, interaction at the Ask the Expert stand, Customer Success representatives and the Cherwell Product Team. Conference meal services include daily coffee and pastry breaks, lunch, and the conference reception. (*Note: the reception is not included in the EMEA Partner Summit only pass)
What are the benefits of registering?
Clear 2020 Europe is your best opportunity to meet with industry experts and Cherwell team, in person. It also provides first-hand look at our latest technologies, other customer use cases, industry best practices. Tickets to Clear 2020 Europe are free of charge for Cherwell customers.
What payment types are accepted?
Payments are made by invoice for bank payment. All registration fees must be paid before the conference.
How do I confirm my registration?
Once you complete the online registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact conference@cherwell.com to confirm your registration.
Are travel and hotel accommodation included in the registration fee?
Air and hotel accommodations are the attendee's responsibility. We have negotiated discounted rates with the venue – Charter Quarters Hotel. Rates start at £172.00/night+VAT. The rate will increase to £182.00/night+VAT as we get closer to the event. The hotel will likely sell out, so please book your rooms early.
When should I plan to arrive in London?
We recommend that you arrive on Sunday evening, 8 March. Day 1 begins Monday, 9 March at 10:00. Day 2 ends on Tuesday, 10 March at approximately 16:00.
Are registrations transferable?
Yes. In the event you register, but are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to someone within your company. Please contact conference@cherwell.com for assistance with transfers.
How are cancellations handled?
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via the event website. Please login into your Clear 2020 Europe account to cancel your registration. We need an accurate count for event attendees and advise that you only register if you are certain you can attend.
What transport is there to the venue?

Public transport is the most efficient way to get to the etc Venues St Paul's.

  • By Train: Aldersgate Station is located near Moorgate and Farringdon railway stations, and is around a 10 minute walk from both.

  • By Underground: St Paul's - Central line On exiting the station follow St Martin Le-Grand north towards Aldersgate Street and the Museum of London. When you arrive at the Museum of London roundabout our venue is located on the left. Look for the circular artwork in the window and go through the revolving doors.

  • By Underground: Barbican - Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines On exiting the station turn right on to Aldersgate Street. Follow Aldersgat Street south towards London Wall and the Museum of London. As you arrive at the roundabout for Museum of London our venue is on the right. Cross over the zebra crossing and look for the circular artwork in the window and go through.
What is the closest airport to the event?
London City (LCY) is the closest airport to our venue, approximately 30 minutes away respectively by car. London Gatwick (LGW) is located approximately 90 minutes from the etc. Venues St. Paul's.
What is the dress code?
The conference attire is business smart.
What is the typical weather in London in March?
Weather in London has average daily highs of 11°F / 5° C. We recommend wearing layers and bringing a rain jacket and/or warm coat for outdoor comfort.
