Has anybody who upgraded to 9.5 experienced an issue where the [Date Range] on a filter on a widget doesn't work.
We are also on 9.5.0 and are experiencing this issue. If you apply a Filter Widget to your dashboard and manually select "Within Last 1 Week" that still is working normally.
Let me know if you find another workaround.

yoy are usering 9.5.0 or 9.5.1?
I have 9.5.1 version and on that version it seems that date filter is working fine.
for example all team's workload any time give me result
and the same wiget last 1 week give me result
Very glad to hear this has been resolved on 9.5.1, this might have been a serious issue for us... :)
