I am looking to reset password for a user from CSM Admin portal.
Can some one navigate on how to achieve this
If it's a Cherwell authentication credential, you open up the administrator tool, click Security on the left, 'Edit Users', find the user account, and change the Password field value at the top and then save the record; That's it!
