Hi there, a end user alerted us to a bug in our Cherwell portal when they click on My Items and click on any tickets to view in grid or result list, it will sometimes show all tickets to the end user even tickets not belonging to them. I checked out the search queries for the portal and couldn't find anything wrong. Can anyone advise what went wrong? thanks.
I have the same behavior in 9.3.0. It's a bug that's been reported.
Meanwhile, you should adjust your portal use security so that they can only access tickets they are supposed to (something like Incident.ClientID = CustomerInternal.RecID)
If you do change your security settings, you'll likely want an exception for Major Incidents that need to be seen
