That is actually pulling from the Service business object. I do not think you will find it in Table Management.
You could use Quick Search and view all services (if its available in Quick Search) or use Search Manager to find a query or build a query to show you all current services.
But in essence that is where it is pulling from unless your system was configured to use another table or business object. You could always look at the properties in a blueprint to help guide you.
