Hi, we have upgraded from version 12.x to 14.x recently and the upgrade went well. We were told by Cherwell support that we do not need to upgrade the client agents as a result of the upgrade. Initially it looked like it was the case and it worked for a few weeks. Now the software only sees the ones with the latest version on them. We can upgrade the client versions from the console and everything works but can we make it work now with the older version clients and then update over time?
The old client version was 12.00.2033 and the new is 14.00.1050
