[V8.3.1] Bug when filtering date/time field, 'Is' vs 'Equals'

If you leave the 'Is' operator in the center of a custom filter that is manually added when viewing a dashboard search results widget, and then manually pick a date without selecting 'Equals' first, the 'Is' operator remains, and no data loads in the filter.

The workaround is to manually select 'Equals' as the operator for the filter before defining the date; then the filter will work properly.
