We have a number of journals that are not being populated in the Journal Notes tab (portal or blue client), but you can see all the details for the emails that have come in from the All Journals tab.
What would stop them appearing in the Journal Tab display if Cherwell has a view of them in the All Journal tab?
If you have separate tabs for Journal Notes and All Journals, there are likely filters defined on the arrangement tabs:
--It could be a filter that applies at all times on the tab (the Limit rows that appear checkbox and filter).
--It could also be a custom filter with a default filter applied (below. he "Apply Human Interaction filter" setting.
(the first would override everything else--this is not actually from a build).
I have narrowed this down to failed emails. The weird thing is that if a email fails (we get a lot of random emails failing in the monitor) they still end up in the All Journal tab as Mail History but not as a Journal Note as that one-step didn't execute due to the email fail.. I suppose I will just track down what writes to the All Journals and go from there.
