Inline images as attachements
CSM/CAM Version : CSM 9.60


I just want to make sure i'm looking for the correct setting here, for some reason it appears our Cherwell (9.6.2) wants to add every single image as an attachement within a ticket, this is something we've just noticed post 9.6.2 upgrade.

I.e if a user has a signature, it then attaches this to a ticket.

I was sure that this was the "attach inline images to incident' option, but i've made sure this is un-ticked, am I looking at the incorrect setting?
