In my incidents form I see the field and his related info, this form is coming from an especific, but when I Access to add this column to the grid I can´t find them, even if I´m look in the linked objects, How can I carry this field to my incident search grid?
I think if you go to the specifics group form and under business object properties/General/ under the options tab, select show in search manager.

it seems you want to autofill the field not validate. so on your field in the incident you want to set autofill to specifics.espcialdad. Validate only makes sure that the values meet a criteria (in a table list) you need the specifics form to autofill the incident.
If this is a matter of populating for a search though you can just pull the specifics.escpcialdad into the report. but if you want to display it in the grid then you will need to autofill.
