The CSD Admin account has been selectively changing the status of active employees to terminated.
Usually this occurs around and LDAP Synch.
Has anyone else experienced this? How Can I fix it?
What automation processes do you have running against Customer records?
What do you have your scheduled activities currently doing?
Either one of these is likely to be the place to look. It sounds most likely that there is a one step running somewhere that will be changing the status on some records for some reasons.
(many times I've seen organisations that will set their customer-internal records to a status of terminated IF the AD account hasn't been updated by sync in "n days")
