Has anyone used the Map to External Data source to import data with the Trusted Agent installed?
We had successfully been able to import the CI data, however now when trying to import the rest of the data we are getting a time out error, as shown below.
The Trusted Agent tests successfully for connectivity on both the Cherwell Application and the Client server. This is a Saas environment.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Teresa, did you ever resolve this issue? I have been experiencing the same thing.
What version of CSM are you guys using? There are certain versions that have bugs in the TAs and they won't successfully import external data. As far as newer versions, I have had great success with 9.5.1+ importing from SQL databases into CSM.

I am running version 9.5.2 in Test and it will not import from Active Directory. The error I get is:

I did, unfortunately the number of customers we serve is over 31K so I had to break my imports up into 5 scheduled tasks in order to make it work.
