I have a user that does not have the full list of Quick Search options available to them. They can only see "Incident", "Knowledge Article", "Problem", and "Task". Every other user can see other options such as "Change Request", "Vendor", etc...
They specifically need to be able to search for "Change Request". How do I enable this option for the user? I have attached images that display two examples.

Had the same problem this morning and through fudging around, we found the following solution (a year later).
In Orange, go to Security > Edit Roles. Highlight the role that you wish to display the additional Business Objects, and click the Ellipses next to Control business objects available within Role. From there, check the BO that you want to have Available and uncheck those you want to hide.
