I'm trying to work out what my Service Desk guys are escalating to our Infrastructure guys so I've created a search.
Is there a possibility to add a column customisation that shows which staff member assigned the ticket to their queue?
You might take a look at our Assignment tracking mApp (https://www.cherwell.com/mapp-exchange/excalibur_data_systems/m/mapps/906) that will keep track of changes in owner and team. This may give you what you are looking for.
