Earlier this year Logi Analytics, the third-party reporting tool that CAM leverages, changed the way they track licensing in the software, to include a hard-coded expiration date in a settings file. The license key in your current settings file is set to expire December 31, 2020. Once this license key expires, CAM report users may experience a warning message "Logi Info Service license file has expired as of 2021-01-01". This only affects CAM versions 15.0 and below. CAM customers running versions 15.1+ are not impacted. Hosted CAM customer's will have their servers updated by the Cherwell SaaS team.

Cherwell's solution for on-premise CAM customers is to provide a PowerShell script that includes a permanent license key. For more information on where to find this script and how to apply it to your system, please view our "Logi Info Service license file has expired" knowledge article.
