Incidents created from plain text emails lose formatting

Since we've upgraded to 10.0.2 any emails that are sent in plain text format to one of our monitored mailboxes lose all their formatting. We have the body of the email put into the description of the incident. I've attached pictures of the difference between a plain text email created ticket and a rich text or html ticket.

When we upgraded to 10.0.2 we switched our email monitor to exchange instead of IMAP as well. So I'm unsure if it's the account type switch or our version that broke it.

This is a known issue in 10.0.2 with exchange accounts and plain text emails. If you switch back to IMAP, it will work as expected.

I have a DR number for this somewhere, but it's marked as fixed I'm 10.2   We don't have 10.1 yet though so who knows when 10.2 will come out.

    Thanks David!

Has there been any word on 10.1 releasing? We've got a number of issues with 10.0.2. But the last I heard was it was supposed to release in July
