Inactivity logout

    We have auto-logout turned on for inactivity.  Is there any way to disable (not show) the accompanying popup that allows them to just log right back in?

    Hi Michele - I don't believe that can be turned off (the exception being to turn off the auto-logout) but I would be curious to know what you are trying to solve by doing so?  Are you worried about concurrent in-use licenses?

    we have several casual users that aren't really doing any work, but insist clicking on the 're-login' popup and staying logged in 8 hours a day hogging a license.  We were hoping that if there was no pop-up then they wouldn't know they were logged out until they actually needed to do work in Cherwell.

    Yes, I totally understand.  Your best bet would be to turn off the "Warning period" so it immediately logs them out at your Inactive User logout timelimit.  

    That will probably get you the closest to your end result.

    Sorry, Michele, I don't think there's an easy answer for this other than making the case for that department to pay the license cost for those dedicated client connections.  It's amazing when the costs begin to come from their budget how quickly folks learn how to close the client when not in use :)
