AD Authentication is not happening with new Doman has been added

    Hi Team,

    AD Authentication is not happening in Browser Client and Self-service Portal after adding the new Doman. However users able to login the desktop client with automatically . if the user log off in Desktop client and provide the user id and password Authentication is not happening . 

    In application logs i can see warn messages -Authentication of user Domain\employee number failed for Trebuchet (Internal) authentication type. Authentication result: Failed  

    Please advise if anyone experience this issue
