    Good morning.
We are looking at the possibility of using the IT Project Tracking (ITPT) mApp to track testing issues for projects.  Have you used it and what's your experience with it?  Is there anything else you use it for?
    Thanks.

I'm not sure if the ITPT mApp includes a place for testing results; I think it's more of a portfolio management type solution, rather than a Jira-esque type solution.

Depending on your level of confidence developing in Cherwell, I would almost always lean towards building my own object to cater for the specific requirements given to me by stakeholders. I have once upon a time used ITPT (years ago before it was last updated) and ended up hacking it apart to meet the needs of the organization I was working for - and that can be okay under some circumstances, but you're often left with a lot of tech debt and areas of the object that you just don't use at all.

In my current role, I developed our own solution for this in Cherwell specifically for our Cherwell development - others are not using it yet but it definitely has the ability to expand if need be.
