Boolean Operators no longer work in Quick Search in v10

    Howdy folks,

    Been doing some research trying to see if I could find anyone else with a similar issue and I've so far been unsuccessful. My organization is currently working through an upgrade from v9.0.1 to v10.0.1, our astute testers noticed that when performing a quick search via the Task Pane or Knowledge pane they are no longer able to successfully search using booleans.

    For example, the phrase 'Email AND Password' in v9.0.1 will find the appropriate KB, however in v10 the same query returns nothing.

    Hoping someone either has a suggestion to try to resolve this, or potentially a DR if this is a defect that's been acknowledged by Cherwell.

    Did you rebuild the Full Text Index?  If not give that a try.

    I no longer have 10.0.1 but it appears to work okay in 10.1 from my test just now.
