With more than 25 years of experience in management, customer services, and services consulting, Carrie has successfully increased customer satisfaction, customer retention, and customer loyalty within organizations in manufacturing, legal, educational, professional services, and the software marketplace. At Cherwell Software, she’s a strong advocate for customers and spearheads both the Cherwell Customer Advisory Board and the Cherwell Global Conference.

Prior to joining Cherwell Software, Carrie owned Strategies for Success, a services-focused consulting organization that provided consulting assistance, marketing research, and staff training. She was also the executive vice president of worldwide customer service at Frontrange®.
