Vice President, Customer Success
Dave Leibow has worked in the Software and Services industry for 30+ years primarily focused on ITSM and ITAM solutions. During this time he has provided consulting services, best practices and has driven Customer Success to his Fortune 500 Clients. Dave has held Executive Positions at ITAM focused Benson Software, which he co-founded, AT&T Capital Corporation, Inacom Corporation and Peregrine Systems through HP’s acquisition. He also diversified his technology background through Executive Leadership at MIR3, Inc. (multi-modal communications), Vindicia, Inc. (payment processing and fraud management) and Mercado, Inc. (search and navigation solutions for e-tailers) prior to returning to HP where he ran the Information Management Services business for North America. At HPE, he held several other roles including go-to-market of incubator products, and ultimately managing the Western Region of HPE’s Services Public Sector Delivery group. Dave joined Cherwell in May of 2016 to continue his focus on helping growth companies focus on Customer Success. At Cherwell, Dave is responsible for providing Leadership over WW Professional Services, Learning Services and Customer Support. Dave holds a B.A. in Telecommunications and Journalism from San Diego State University.
