Cherwell Cited As Leader in Forrester 2014 ITSM SaaS Report

July 30, 2014 - Colorado Springs, CO –Cherwell Software was recognized as a Leader in “The Forrester Wave™: ITSM SaaS Delivery Capabilities, Q3 2014” report by Forrester Research, Inc. ranking as one of the three IT service management (ITSM) SaaS vendors that stands apart from the others in the Forrester Wave evaluation. Cherwell tied for the second highest score in client feedback on overall satisfaction and value for money. Cherwell also received the highest score for service availability, and tied for the highest score in availability and resiliency and breadth of offering.
