For these firms, ITSM implementation services providers are a key to driving these new technologies and reinventing themselves to support new BT services.”
“For value proposition, higher scores were achieved by vendors that presented a vision of addressing business processes and services that extended beyond the traditional IT-focused service management solutions,” says the report. “When evaluating the capabilities of the current offering, vendors scored high when they were able to show broad support of marketwide best practices through their prebuilt IP and accelerators, coverage of different vendor tools, and business focus.”
