Cherwell Software, creator of the innovative and flexible ITSM platform Cherwell Service Management™, today announced the appointment of Ken Wilson, former
CA (Computer Associates) vice president, to the newly created role of Head of EMEA Sales and Alliances. Ken, who founded Pink Elephant UK in 1991, brings
to Cherwell more than 20 years of service management experience.

During the past 12 months, Cherwell UK has doubled its employee count, grown its EMEA network of IT Service Management partners and expanded its EMEA
customer base to include some very well-known European organisations, including Gocompare.com,
University of Wolverhampton
, QBE Europe, Kames Capital, Swiss Life AG and Super Group in South
Africa. In his new role, Ken will drive and manage EMEA growth opportunities, expand alliances to meet ITSM demand and support partners in developing apps
and modules that lead to market expansion.

Prior to founding Pink Elephant UK, Ken spent seven years as Sales Director with Protocal International and 10 years with British Airways. He also worked
for Getronics as a professional services director before joining CA in early 2008, initially as VP, EMEA Service Management Business Unit.
