Cherwell Software Opens Office in Germany in Response to Market Demand and Opportunity

January 27, 2015 - Colorado Springs, CO. - Cherwell Software™ today announced the opening of its new office in Munich, Germany, as part of the company’s continued growth in Europe. Matthew Neigh, Cherwell Software’s director of EMEA sales, will lead the newly appointed team comprised of seasoned IT service management (ITSM) professionals who have worked for companies such as Axios™ Systems, BMC Software™, Inc., EasyVista™ and FrontRange™.

13% of Cherwell’s customers are based in Germany, supported by local Cherwell Solution Partners who provide integration and support services for Cherwell Service Management®. These trusted, experienced and highly knowledgeable partners will continue to work alongside Cherwell’s team in Munich.

New, Germany-based team member Ursula Deller, who brings 12 years of sales experience to Cherwell, says, “I am excited to join Cherwell Software at this point in the company’s history. In 2009, Cherwell opened its first European office in the United Kingdom. The company now has multiple partners based throughout Europe. In the last year, Cherwell Software has doubled its employee base and has hired key ITSM executives to help drive and manage the company’s continued rapid growth while staying focused on helping its customers achieve success.
