Cherwell Launches New Service Management Solution for Cisco ACI

Solution Enhances Visibility Between Business Services & IT Infrastructure

February 1, 2018 - Colorado Springs, CO. –Cherwell Software, LLC, a global leader in IT and enterprise service management, announced today a solution that combines Cisco’s® Application Centric Infrastructure (Cisco ACI™) with Cherwell’s IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. This solution is designed to provide a more accurate and up-to-date view of overall IT infrastructure and enable companies to make faster and better-informed decisions related to change management, incident resolution, system configuration and more. 

Business needs from IT are constantly changing. While the number of devices connected to the network is increasing exponentially, time to deliver applications and associated services is going down drastically.
