March 20, 2018 - Reading, UK. – Cherwell Software, a global leader in enterprise and digital service management solutions, has today announced the line-up for its ‘Adapt or Die’ EMEA conference, which is to be held at the Millennium Madejski Hotel, Reading, on 16-18th April. Headlining the event, with his ‘Living Dangerously’ presentation, is Sir Ranulph Fiennes who will be speaking on the need for adaptability if you are to survive new conditions and environments.
This year’s conference will be tackling the challenges that organisations face in future-proofing their business, whilst simultaneously demonstrating continued value and improving operational efficiencies, whether on the IT service desk or across other Lines of Business. In an ever evolving and changing workplace, full of new technology, changing user demands and the need to achieve more with fewer resources, everyone from the systems administrator to the CIO are looking for innovative ways to prepare for the future.
Renowned futurist and industry disruption expert, Matthew Griffin, will be providing a keynote session, in conjunction with event sponsor Sopra Steria, that seeks to enable attendees to envision their future innovation and enterprise needs and identify strategies to turn them into a reality. In addition, Ovum’s Adam Holtby, Senior Analyst for Workspace Solutions, and Roy Illsley, Principal Analyst for Infrastructure Solutions, will also be presenting on what digital transformation really means in the rapidly changing and evolving workplace, and the resulting impact on service management.
Patrick Malaperiman, VP International at Cherwell Software, comments: “Adapt or Die may sound dramatic, but in today’s rapidly changing world it is the reality facing many organisations as they face head-on the conundrum of how to deliver services faster and more effectively. In a highly competitive marketplace, adaptability, flexibility and versatility are key if businesses are to keep up with the sea of change in front of them.
“We want to help break down those barriers for organisations and provide them with the tips, tricks and best practices that will empower them to make business decisions that engender better, faster, and more affordable innovation, extending beyond the IT department and throughout the entire business.”
Further breakout sessions throughout the event offer attendees the opportunity to speak to advisors and Cherwell executives, including timely topics like:
- GDPR Impact and Actions
- Blood, Sweat and Cake: A Beginner-Friendly Guide to Implementing an ITSM tool
- From IT Service Management to Business Service Management
- Building the Perfect Change Management Process
