Our newest rollout to share with our customers is, drum roll please—a YouTube series!

Whether you are new to the industry or an established professional, our new video playlist will give you the resources you need to succeed. These short, snackable snippets are perfect for new or existing customers who want to get up to speed with Cherwell and find a quick solution!
The first part of this rollout is focused on using the new Cherwell Support Portal. As many of you may know, we have a new support portal for our customers to streamline self-service and eliminate barriers to quick solutions.
The second part of this rollout is the beginning of a series of videos focused on how to use Cherwell in your organization. Initial offerings in the Cherwell CSM How-To Videos playlist include: how to create a configuration item, how to create an incident, how to create a change model in CSM, and how to create a change request.
You can also expect in the coming months additional learning related playlists on topics such as APIs and Use Cases. This is the beginning of a larger effort to increase the range of learning formats available to our customers—making it easy to find topics you need to drive early and sustained productivity and adoption with Cherwell solutions.
