Transforming User Interactions

In our upcoming Cherwell Service Management 9.4 release, we continue to deliver on the adaptive layout features introduced in 9.3. With this release we extend adaptive layout to dashboards, allowing organizations to target specific devices for optimal user experience with minimal admin overhead. This supports the mobile enterprise with a better omni-channel experience.

Transforming Workflow Automation

Workflow automation is the lifeblood of service management and something that Cherwell has excelled at for years with our One-Step Actions. Cherwell One-Steps, a core part of Cherwell Service Management, allow you to build simple or complex workflows without coding or scripting. Now all the goodness of One-Steps is available in both the web and rich-clients.

Transforming the Service Ecosystem

Companies of all sizes have complex and diverse environments across IT and other business functions. Transforming business processes is as much about integrations as it is workflow automation. With our latest release we are announcing an integration service built on Jitterbit’s cloud integration platform. Cherwell customers that need an integration with any of thousands of supported systems and platforms can rely on Cherwell to deliver those integrations as a service, so the customer can focus on adding value to the business without getting bogged down in technical integration details.
