Whether it’s a hop, skip, or a jump between offices, Cherwell Software operates on a global scale to provide service management solutions worldwide. Global demand requires many exciting and unique office locations to house our Cherwell teammates. Our teammates below provide insight of the day-to-day office environments of Cherwell around the world.

Created in Colorado Springs 

The foundations of Cherwell are rooted in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Headquartered in a beautiful town with a view of the mountains, it’s hard not to love our first office. The COS office comes complete with foosball, shuffleboard, a gym, a volleyball court, and beer on tap in our employee recreation room dubbed “The Shire.” This office is always bustling with activity, hosting an open workspace environment to fuel cross-team collaboration. Our HQ also boasts a giant set of swings, perfect for catching up with an employee over lunch.

Developed in Denver 

Located at the center of the mile high city, our downtown Denver office is nestled in Colorado’s technology sector. With a prime location close to 16th Street Mall and to Union station, there is an endless supply of events, restaurants, and happenings at this office. Easy to commute to by bus, train, or scooter, our Denver office hosts an open-workspace plan to encourage communication. This is one of our fastest growing offices, and it doesn’t hurt that you can quickly grab lunch from a variety of different eateries and food trucks.

Direct in Dundee

The newest addition to the Cherwell family is our Dundee, Scotland office, located in a prime spot among the prestigious Waterfront Offices. Dundee is our innovation hub for our research and development, acting as our first international satellite for our technology teams. Our Dundee office provides the right balance between a quiet place to focus and a curation point for idea generation. The teams and disciplines are co-located here, which allow for synergy and for folks to communicate without disrupting the serenity.

Unique in the UK

Our other two offices in the United Kingdom (UK) are located at Reading and Swindon in England. Reading is our EMEA headquarters for Cherwell, but both offices are an excellent source of collaborative work environment. Our UK offices provide an honest and open environment. In 2009, we opened our first European office and continue to expand our global reach.

The Reading office tends to be quite busy at the beginning of the week, with many meetings and collaboration. This office is home to sales, HR, marketing, and our UK solutions consultants. Located in a lovely business park, this location offers  lots of green space, birdlife, a couple of lakes with relaxing deckchairs and bean bags to utilize when the weather is warm. The Swindon office has been open for 4.5 years, and is located 40 minutes away from the Reading office. Close to shopping outlets and filled with murals on the office walls, it’s a great place for work. Currently, the Swindon office is home to our ever-growing service desk team, the BAT PSO team, Finance, IT, and our UK Customer Success team.

Mirthful in Munich

The Munich office provides a high energy of motivated and positive teammates. Our Munich location opened in 2015 as a response to a growing customer demand in Germany. We chose this space as for it’s dynamic and engaging environment in the heart of Munich. Located in a Wework building, it is the place where innovative, creative, young, or well established companies come together and write their story on daily basis.

Accomplished in Australia

Cherwell Australia OfficeIf you’re headed to the land down under, our office in Sydney, Australia provides a collaborative innovation hub of close knit teammates. Our office is based in a WeWork facility in Martin Place which is in the heart of the Sydney Headed by Paul Arthur, the Australia teams are empowered to achieve their goals and stay engaged. This office is a very creative environment full of startups and tech companies which is great for networking opportunities, and it also happens to be close to many of our Sydney customers. It is a very modern and flexible workplace and suits both our company and value proposition very well.

Talented in Tampa

In 2016, we announced that we were acquiring Advanced MarketPlace (AMP), a premier technology consulting and professional services firm, and that is how our Tampa, Florida office came to be. With beautiful Gulf Coast beaches and warm, humid weather, you could almost say working in our Tampa office is like a day at the beach! Currently, many of our Research and Development teammates work here.

Smooth Sailing in Seattle

Located in the beautiful state of Washington, our Seattle office came to be when we acquired Express Metrix, developers of award-winning IT and software asset management solutions in 2014. Since then, we’ve been expanding the growing office capitalizing on its location within the tech hub of other companies such as Amazon and Microsoft. Our Seattle office is on the top floor, with a small deck to take in the breathtaking views of Downtown Seattle and Mt. Rainier in the background.
