Sam Gilliland, CEO of Cherwell

Sam GillilandMeet Sam Gilliland, the new CEO of Cherwell Software, setting the company’s strategic direction and driving its customer-first vision. Gilliland leads the company’s continued growth beyond IT Service Management (ITSM) and into new markets across the enterprise. For a decade, Gilliland led more than 10,000 employees in 60 countries as chairman and CEO of travel industry technology giant Sabre Corporation and Travelocity.com. He has served on the boards of Sabre Corporation and Travelocity.com, Brinks Home Security Holdings, Carlson, Inc., Gogo, Inc., Rackspace Hosting, Inc., and Digital River. Under U.S. President Barack Obama, Gilliland served on the President’s Management Advisory Board and on the Energy Security Leadership Council.

Chris Boos - Entrepreneur, Founder & CEO at arago GmbH

Chris BoosChris Boos founded arago GmbH in Germany in 1995, pushing existing boundaries in artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms and researchers. His work focuses on graph theory, graphic algorithms, decentralized systems, machine learning and machine logical thinking. As CEO of Arago, Boos' vision is to transform traditional companies into future-proof, AI-enabled enterprises—regardless of their respective industry. Arago’s international client base includes IT service providers, banks, and companies in the telecommunications, steel, and metals industries.

 

Scott Gainey, Chief Marketing Officer at Cherwell

Scott GaineyScott Gainey will be sharing important information on Cherwell’s technical partnerships during the conference. Gainey currently is Cherwell's CMO, driving all marketing activities aimed at increasing the company's brand within the enterprise service management market, while accelerating pipeline and revenue growth through close collaboration with sales. He came to Cherwell with more than 22 years of experience gained while serving in CMO and other leadership positions for some of the most innovative and disruptive technology companies including Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, NetApp, Veritas Software, and Sun Microsystems.

Charlotte Han, Deep Learning Marketing Manager at NVIDIA

Charlotte HanCharlotte Han, Han currently works at NVIDIA, where she sees firsthand how AI is transforming industries. NVIDIA evolved the GPU into an intersection of virtual reality, high performance computing, and artificial intelligence. Han processes data and computes digital strategies for a living. The experience of growing up in Asia, becoming American in Silicon Valley, and now living in Europe taught her to make connections where they may not seem apparent.

 

 

Josh Caid, VP Of Product Strategy, Cherwell

Josh CaidJosh Caid serves as VP of Product Strategy at Cherwell. Caid has been a part of the Cherwell team since 2013. During his career, he was part of the Product Management team at GoldMine Software, with over a million distinct licenses sold. He helped create new product lines with FrontRange Solutions, and most recently helped to start up Cherwell Software, not only by driving product direction, but also by being flexible and wearing a lot of additional hats. Caid has been managing best-of-breed software products in the CRM and ITSM spaces for over 17 years, is a Level V practitioner of Pragmatic Marketing, and is certified in ITIL best practices.  

 

 

Dominic Wellington, Director of Strategic Architecture, Moogsoft

Dominick WellingtonDominic Wellington is Director of Strategic Architecture for Europe at Moogsoft, helping companies adopt AIOps to streamline their IT Operations and become more agile and responsive to ever-changing demands. Wellington leads a worldwide team, focused on evangelizing AIOps technology and supporting and enabling Moogsoft partners around the world. He has been involved in IT operations for a number of years, working in fields as diverse as SecOps, cloud computing, and data center automation. Wellington has previously worked with BMC, Bladelogic, and HP.

 

 

Oliver Krebs, Area Director, EMEA, Cherwell

Oliver KrebsOliver Krebs has more than 23 years of extensive experience in software. He currently serves as Area Director for EMEA at Cherwell. Krebs comes from a background of solution sales and management, with a strong track record in building up startups from scratch. Krebs previously has experience with Proxima Technologies, Compuware, BMC Software, Aveksa, PerfectoMobile.
