Cherwell Service Management (CSM) integrates with Everbridge Enterprise Incident Response (aka IT Alerting).
The Everbridge Cherwell Connector is designed to help customers to streamline their incident response and accelerate resolution. Customers will be able to:
- Engage the right IT staff in a digital war room within 5 minutes or less
- Manage support teams shifts, rotations and escalations
- Notify Service owners, LOB, Senior management and keep them informed
- Inform all impacted end-users to reduce volumes of inbound calls into the service desk
The connector provides customers with one pane of glass since the Everbridge incident delivery details is visible from the Cherwell applications.
