AMP has developed an Incident Management Toolbar with common one-step tasks for the Service Desk users to simplify common activities. * Create Problem - creates a new Problem Ticket automatically related to the current Incident in one click and captures the activity in the journal for audit and compliance requirements. * Create Change - creates a new Change Request automatically related to the current Incident in one click and captures the activity in the journal for audit and compliance requirements. * Notify Requestor - allows an agent to send an editable email to the requestor of the Incident without leaving the system and adds it to the Journal in Mail History. * Notify Agent - allows agents and managers to send an editable email to the owner/agent of the Incident without leaving the system and adds it to the Journal in Mail History.
