The Track the Number of Incidents Caused by a Change Request mApp allows you to link a Change Request to an Incident when the Change Request caused the Incident. It also allows you to track the number of Incidents and/or Service Requests caused by Change Requests using multiple Search Groups and Widgets. When the mApp is applied, Users link a Change Request to an open or closed Incident, and select a reason for linking the Change (either For Reference or Change Request caused this Incident). Using this distinction, you can identify and track the two types of data separately.
This is a Cherwell Labs mApp Solution intended to showcase experimental or beta-level content features in Cherwell Service Management. Functionality, testing, and documentation are limited or incomplete.
