Overview

Customer Analytics began at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, in 1993, as Third Wave Research. In 2000, we expanded to Chennai, India. Our US team is still based in Madison WI and is focused on account management and US daytime support. Our core development team (350+) is in India with offices in Chennai, Hyderabad and Coimbatore.

Our client relationships are longstanding and characterized by both breadth and depth. We become true partners for our clients, providing critical technical, business and operational support that keeps their business running smoothly. Our clients include international leaders in retail, B2B, health care, education, manufacturing, and technology.

Our core expertise lies with business intelligence and data visualization combined with artificial intelligence and machine learning. As an extension, we support data extraction and Integration services, as well as web and mobile application development.

We also have strong experience working with various ITSM and the related verticals: ITBM, ITOM and process workflow automation.
