Configuration Item Management and Workflows
Like other objects in the Cherwell platform, CI’s can be individually managed, including across a life cycle workflow. Cherwell's codeless architecture makes it easy to configure and build forms, searches, automations, dashboards, and reports for managing CIs. Tiered alerts can run One-Step automations based on CI state changes or when value thresholds are crossed. CI forms provide important at-a-glance information about CIs, as well as one click, dynamic display of parent-child relationships.
