Sales Kickoff 2020 is a business event and an opportunity for you to explore, learn and network. Your attendance is mandatory at all planned functions. All attendees should plan to stay at the Grand Hyatt Denver (2020 host hotel) for the length of the program.

Please confirm your attendance by registering on this site. If you are an employee from outside the Sales organization, you must receive pre-approval by your manager prior to registering for the event.
*All attendees are expected to adhere to Cherwell Corporate Standards during business meetings and evening functions.

Located one block from the 16th Street Mall and minutes to Coors Field and Broncos Stadium at Mile High Stadium, our hotel places you close to Denver’s best while providing AAA Four-Diamond service and spacious rooms.
Our event will utilize the iconic 38th-floor Pinnacle Club space for panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains Front Range.

When must we finalize our travel by?
We recommend all attendees finalize their flights by December 1st to ensure flight availability and reasonable pricing. All changes to your flights are your responsibility unless it's for a work meeting. Make sure you read the itinerary closely and know which day you are supposed to arrive and depart.
Will we have roommates?
No, every Cherwell employee will have their own room.
Can we bring a guest?
The Sales Kickoff Event is a Cherwell employee event. If you choose to bring a guest all additional costs will be your responsibility. Guests will not be able to join us for the group activities on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings.
Do I need to book my own flight?
Yes, you need to book and pay for your own flights up front. You may expense the flight through Concur for reimbursement.
Sales Leaders should plan to arrive on Sunday, January 12.
All international passengers can arrive anytime on Sunday, January 12 or Monday, January 13.
Non-Leadership US-based travelers should plan to arrive on Monday, January 13.
Most of the group will check out and depart after lunch on Friday, January 17th. Please talk to your supervisor about your team meeting agenda, and determine what time you should leave on the 17th.
Do I have to book my own hotel?
Yes. Please use this link to book your hotel room.
Per the hotel, the credit card used at booking is strictly for guarantee purposes only. Once room and tax charges are approved, they will keep the credit card on file in case of no show or late cancel.
What airport should I fly into?
Denver International Airport
Can I come early or extend my trip?
If you choose to come early or extend the trip all additional hotel nights will be your responsibility and should not be expensed. Cherwell is covering Sunday/Monday for arrivals, through Friday for departures. Also, any additional flight costs for flying early/later or alternate destination are your responsibility.
Is airport transportation provided?
There is no organized transportation for sales kickoff, so please expense the round-trip transportation from the airport to the Grand Hyatt Denver. We recommend using Lyft rideshare via your mobile apps and encourage sharing with travelers arriving at similar times if possible.
Parking will not be reimbursed without prior approval from your manager so if you are flying in, please do not rent a car.
Are we given a per diem? Or what can we expense?
Cherwell will be providing food and drinks throughout the program. When dinner is not provided (ie. arrival day for international travelers), you may expense your meals per the corporate travel policy. Our policy for this event is to use good judgment.
Rooms service and bar tabs during the event will not be reimbursed.
What should we pack?
All meetings are business casual. For those who enjoy fitness we recommend bringing along gym clothes.
The Wednesday evening awards dinner is cocktail attire and Tuesday evening is casual attire.
If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?
There will be two options.
- All updates and changes will be communicated to you through email.
- Also all updates will be added to this website.
