The PS Diagnostic engagement provides an initial investigation of customer issues that are outside Customer Support guidelines. Cherwell Professional Services will evaluate current customer issues, identify quick fixes, and provide recommendations and potential next steps. No Statement of Work is needed for this engagement and the cost will be credited toward any new contracted services.
