The Cherwell Certified Administrator credential certifies that successful candidates have the technical skill and knowledge required to administer Cherwell’s ITSM solution, Cherwell Service Management (CSM). The credential is designed for a candidate who has at least six months experience as a Cherwell Service Management Administrator, and who can successfully perform any of the tasks associated with the defined exam objectives.
The exam is delivered in an online proctored environment, through Cherwell’s testing partner, Webassessor. Candidates can attempt the exam from their home or office, with a remote proctor monitoring the process.
About the Exam
The Cherwell Certified Administrator exam has the following:
- Questions: 60 multiple-choice questions will be presented to each candidate.
- Duration: Each candidate will have 90 minutes to complete the exam.
- Passing score: 70% (42 correctly answered questions).
- Registration Fee: $190 (USD), plus any taxes required per local law.
- Retake Fee: $160 (USD), plus any taxes required per local law.
- Exam Delivery: Exam delivered in an online proctored environment.
- Recertification requirements: candidates must remain current with continuing education credits.
- Availability: The CCA credential will be open for registration in Q2 of 2019.

Recommended Prerequisites
