Continual Service Improvement (CSI) cannot take place without being able to efficiently report on trends within your Organization. Cherwell Service Management offers multiple ways to report both past and current trends. In this scenario-based class, you will be presented with multiple requirements that expose you to creating Searches, Dashboards, Widgets, and Reports.

EMEA: This course runs from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on the day of the course.
APAC: This course runs from 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on the day of the course.

Course Objectives:
- Given a requirements scenario, you will create Searches and apply those Searches to Dashboards and Reports
- Given a requirements scenario, you will create Widgets and Metrics and apply those to Dashboards
Intended Audience:
This course is designed for Cherwell Users with limited experience within Cherwell.Course Agenda:
Lesson 1: Building Searches - Given a Requirements Scenario, you will create stored Searches and make Searches dynamic with Expressions.
Lesson 2: Discovering Dashboards - Given a Requirements Scenario, you will create Dashboards used to display Widgets and Search Results.
Lesson 3: Using Widgets - Given a Requirements Scenario, you will create a new chart Widget.
Lesson 4: Using Metrics - Given a Requirements Scenario, you will modify an existing Metric used in a Widget.
Lesson 5: Creating Reports - Given a Requirements Scenario, you will modify and create basic Reports.
