In this one-day course, you'll learn practical steps to creating a customer self-service portal that is easy to use and provides real value to your organization. In this course, you will create a customer-friendly interface that helps your process to become as automated as can be. You'll learn to enhance your knowledge management to include customer self-service workflows that adapt to customer needs and to create specifics forms that are customer-friendly and user-aware. We'll also experiment with using customer-driven automation to shift workload from your staff.
